Bradford's DPharm

Bradford university is introducing a new doctor of pharmacy postgraduate degree for hospital pharmacists. It is expected to be launched in the autumn (p528).

King's official opening

The new premises of the King's College London school of pharmacy have been officially opened by the Princess Royal (p529).

Council election

There are 16 candidates for the seven places available on the Council of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society. Their biographical details are given on pp536-538. Three retiring members have chosen not to seek re-election (p535). Leading article (p527).
