Council meeting
The Society is to move closer to mandatory continuing professional development. This is one of the many decisions made by the Council at its October meeting.

Errors and apologies
Many complaints to the Society about dispensing errors are made only because the patient believes the pharmacist has not given an adequate apology or explanation. Leading article.
