Front Cover Picture
Last week, The Journal proposed that an overarching body to represent
pharmacy and pharmacists should be formed. This week's front cover picture
(by Christopher Icha) illustrates a news
feature that investigates the views of the pharmacy bodies and looks
at the history of unions in pharmacy.
Electronic prescribing
All acute hospitals are expected to have implemented electronic prescribing
by 2005. A news
feature describes developments at Wirral Hospital and a pilot scheme
