There are only days to go until the opening ceremony of the XVII Commonwealth Games in Manchester. This week's front cover picture (Manchester 2002 Ltd) shows the City of Manchester Stadium where the ceremony will take place. A pharmacy in the athletes' village will act as a distribution point for drugs needed by doctors at 15 venues around the city. A news feature gives an insight into pharmacy preparations for the games.
