SIR,—May I add my support for the arguments expressed by Idris Hughes (PJ, September 11, p379). I can indeed remember these arguments being "mooted" about in our local branch (Lanarkshire) about 20 years ago. I feel that the Society should really "get on with it" now and at least bring about some sort of regional representation in time for the next elections.
