THE Statutory Committee will meet at the Royal Pharmaceutical Society, 1 Lambeth High Street, London SE1, on Tuesday, September 28, at 11am, to hear (1) an inquiry into a complaint by the Council of the Society against a pharmacist which includes allegations that diamorphine hydrochloride was taken without any legal authority and/or that a quantity of diamorphine hydrochloride powder was replaced with an inert powder; and to hear (2) an application for restoration from a person whose name has been removed from the register.
The Statutory Committee will further meet on Wednesday, September 29, at 10.15am, to hear (3) an inquiry into the case of a pharmacist and company convicted of selling medicinal products some of which were Controlled Drugs, the said sales not having been made in accordance with a prescription given by an appropriate practitioner.
The Statutory Committee will further meet on Thursday, September 30, at 10.15am, to hear (4) an inquiry into the case of a pharmacist and company convicted of selling medicinal products, one of which was a Controlled Drug, the said sales not having been made in accordance with a prescription given by an appropriate practitioner.
