SIR,—In his erudite and comprehensive article on technician registration, Mr John Ferguson very succinctly, clearly, and effectively warns of the inherent dangers (PJ, September 11, p391).
Recognition yes, but registration no.
Apart from the logistics and expense there is always that hidden pressure of Jack being as good as his master.
Mr Ferguson gives a timely warning.
