Knoll Ltd says that the colour of Prothiaden (dothiepin) 25mg capsules has changed slightly. The capsules previously had a brown body and a red cap but the new capsules have a brown body with a brown/red cap. The company says that the colour change is due to minor alterations to the formulation. The capsules now also contain lactose as an excipient, the company adds.
