The Prescription Medicines Code of Practice Authority has rejected a complaint that Pharmacia & Upjohn's recent urinary incontinence campaign in the print media breaches the PMCPA advertising code of practice.
A PMCPA spokeswoman told The Journal on October 1 that there had been no complaint about a similar campaign on television. She said that if a complaint was received, the ruling on the print campaign would have a bearing on the likely ruling.
