Searle has launched a once-daily analgesic, Zydol XL (tramadol hydrochloride) tablets in four strengths. The product is licensed for the management (treatment and prevention) of moderate to severe pain (net price, 30 tablets 150mg £15.22, 200mg £20.29, 300mg £30.44, 400mg £40.59).
