The company DDSA Pharmaceuticals is recalling chlordiazepoxide capsules 10mg, batch number 8889A. The capsules were first distributed on June 28, 1999, and have an expiry date of May, 2002. The recall is being made because of a report that a number of containers from this batch have been found to contain some empty capsules.
