Pfizer Ltd says that two phase II clinical trials assessing the use of sildenafil (Viagra) in women have been completed and the data are now being analysed. The trials involved 800 women and results are expected no later than the middle of next year. Until then, the company says is not prepared to speculate about the possibility of Viagra being licensed for use in women.
