Corrections

Primary Care Pharmacy An article in the first edition of Primary Care Pharmacy on upper gastrointestinal disease management was wrongly attributed to Dr Peter Stewart instead of Dr Derek Stewart, senior lecturer in pharmaceutical public health at the school of pharmacy, Robert Gordon university, Aberdeen. An article on pharmacists working with primary care groups was attributed to Mrs Susan Saunders instead of Mrs Susan Sanders, director, North Thames Pharmacy Education and Training. The errors were introduced within the editorial offices of The Pharmaceutical Journal, which carries out production work on the new journal. The errors are regretted.
Tacrolimus In order to claim a refund of the discount clawback on tacrolimus prescriptions dispensed earlier this year, contractors need only tell the Prescription Pricing Authority the number of prescriptions dispensed and not the serial numbers of the prescriptions, as reported last week (p842).
Continuing education The caption for figure 1 in the continuing education article "Menopause replacement therapy in the longer term" (PJ, November 27, p865) was incorrect and should have read "Effects of lack of oestrogen on the cardiovascular system". In addition, the reference marks on the figure itself do not refer to those used in the text.
