Cambridge Laboratories has recalled menadiol sodium diphosphate tablets 10mg, pack size 100, batch number P007/004 and expiry date June 2002. The company says that this is because it became aware of the possibility that some of the tablets may contain metal fragments. No further batches are affected and new stock is now available, says the company.
