Historical Dundee pharmacy has refit

Dundee pharmacy Morgan Tower Pharmacy, Dundee, has recently undergone an expansion and refit. The listed Morgan Tower tenement building (left) has housed a pharmacy for 125 years. Inside Dundee pharmacyThe business was acquired by pharmacists John and Karen Richardson almost two years ago, along with an adjacent business which allowed expansion of the pharmacy on both the first and ground floors. A total refit, undertaken by Dollar Rae Ltd, sought to preserve some of the historical fittings such as the original medicines display cabinet (shown with Mr Richardson standing behind it in the dispensary) while bringing the pharmacy up to modern standards. Five consulting rooms were created during the alterations
