From Mr T. W. Stearne, MRPharmS
SIR,—I write in support of "Locum's" (PJ, December 11, p948) comments on problem employers. I did a locum for a supermarket in Liverpool a year or two ago. My role was mainly taking cash for spectacles displayed in front of the dispensary and medicines till. Other staff spent the day moaning that they did not have a "dispensing contract".
My pay check arrived only after much correspondence.
