Fresenius Kabi is recalling the following batches of Steriflex no 11 Hartmanns solution for infusion: pack size 1000ml, expiry date October 2001, batch numbers 99J26B10 and 99J25B09; 500ml, expiry date November 2001, batch number 99K03B03. The company says that this is because packs from these batches have been found to contain visible particles. Stock should be quarantined and returned to the supplier for credit or replacement.
