Membership photocards for 2000

Application forms for the Royal Pharmaceutical Society's optional membership photocard have been sent out this year with the annual retention fee forms. The card is available for purchase by any pharmacist who feels that such a form of identification as a member of the Society may be useful.
The photocard is valid for the fee year in question. The card for 2000 has the member's name, registration number and photograph on the front. The reverse bears a panel for the member's signature. As in 1999, the card costs £10.
Orders must be placed using the official application form and must be accompanied by the fee and two passport size colour photographs, one of which must bear the member's signature and registration number on the reverse. Applications should not be enclosed with the membership fee retention forms, and the fee must not be included with the member's retention fee.
Although applications for membership cards may be made at any time, the Society's registration section is unable to process them before the end of March, nor can it process any application before the Society has received the member's retention fee.
