An occasional feature to bring readers up to date with developments in PJOnline, the website version of The Pharmaceutical Journal, and to answer common questions about the service. PJOnline is available on the internet at www.pharmj.com
Primary Care Pharmacy, the new quarterly publication produced from the editorial offices of The Pharmaceutical Journal, is now available on-line.
Edited by Sheena Macgregor, this new title was established for the publication of articles, papers, reviews, reports, commentaries, correspondence and general information about primary care pharmacy, with the aim of helping primary care pharmacists to develop their role.
The first issue appeared in November, 1999, and contained articles on such diverse subjects as rational prescribing and budget management, training needs, and establishing an upper gastrointestinal disease management clinic, as well as news, useful websites and a "journal club", which highlights what is happening in the medical press.
The next issue is scheduled to be published in March, followed by issues in June, September and December.
Reading each issue on-line The full content of the first issue of Primary Care Pharmacy is available via the PJOnline website. From the home page, users should simply click the "Primary Care" button from the menu at the bottom of the screen.
