SIR,—Please ensure that the rambling and nonsensical debate on expenses conducted by our Council (PJ, February 12, p248) is reprinted when the Council elections are due. I think it would serve as a very timely reminder as to those who value being on the Council, and those who seem more concerned with expenses for their supper.
The very fact that our Council members expect to be paid an attendence fee and have their locum fees covered for conducting our business in such a fashion beggars belief.
