Confectionery

Confusing product

From Mr J. Ramsey

SIR,—May I draw the attention of your readers to Trebor Mighty Mints which are the latest confectionery product to cause problems in schools and public places where they are often mistaken for a medicine or an illicit drug.
They are round, 8mm x 4mm, white with green flecks and marked with what is usually described as a four-pointed star. If fresh, they have a perceptible odour of peppermint.
Although this product appeared after the last release of Tictac, our tablet and capsule identification system, it will be on our next CD-ROM. In the meantime readers can see them on our web site (www.tictac.org).
