Cox Pharmaceuticals has recalled the following batches of hydralazine 25mg tablets: HY89 and HY90 (expiry date September 2001, pack sizes 100 and 500). The company says that this is because it has received a number of reports of tablets from these batches being discoloured. Recipients are requested to quarantine stock and return it to their supplier for credit or replacement.
