Chocolate good for heart?

Eating chocolate may benefit cardiovascular health, according to preliminary findings presented at the annual meeting of the American Association for the Advancement of Science.
Researchers found that chocolate consumption was associated with a marked increase in plasma epicatechin, a procyanidin flavonoid naturally occurring in chocolate which has anti-oxidant properties.
