Due to manufacturing problems, Roche Pharmaceuticals has made changes to the availability of the following Palfium (dextromoramide) formulations. The company will no longer be manufacturing Palfium suppositories, which are expected to be unavailable by mid March. Palfium 5mg tablets are expected to be out of stock in early March and back in stock around the end of April. The company says that it expects no supply problems with the 10mg tablets.
