Boulton On February 21, Stanley Boulton, MRPharmS, of 10 Swan Gardens, School Road, Corby, Northamptonshire NN18 0JY. Mr Boulton registered in 1951.
Mr MAURICE LERNER writes: Stanley and I were friends at Central high school in Manchester back in the 1930s. We both went on to become pharmacists and remained good friends over the years.
In his younger days he played rugby for Manchester rugby club but his main interest was always politics. He was, I believe, the first president of the newly formed British Pharmaceutical Students Assocation and for a number of years was a councillor in Corby.
He will be missed by his friends (a dwindling number, alas). My sympathy goes to his children Julie, Paula, Rebecca and Jimmy.
