Roche Products Ltd says that the legal status of Konakion (phytomenadione) 10mg tablets has changed from P to POM. The labelling on the pack has also been revised and the statement: "Suggested dose: 1-2 tablets to be chewed or dissolved in the mouth", has been replaced by "The tablets should be chewed or dissolved in the mouth". The statement referring to excipients has been replaced by "Excipients include glycerol". The company requests that any stock labelled as P should be used first.
