SIR,-Having read details of the peppermint water case in last week's Journal (March 11, p389-92) and, in particular, the judge's comment quoting a "failure to show due diligence in the dispensing of the solution", I feel that, as community pharmacist, I should delegate the important task of extemporaneous dispensing to a specials manufacturer.
This does not make me any less of a practising pharmacist. I now have more time to spend with patients and professionals.
