Wyeth Laboratories is out of stock of Lederspan (triamcinolone hexacetonide) 25mg and 100mg injections. The company says that this is due to production difficulties associated with a change of manufacturing site and is likely to persist until mid-May. Wyeth's Aureomycin (chlortetracycline) opthalmic ointment 3.5g is now available again.
