Council election booklet There is a misprint in the final sentence of the penultimate paragraph in Mr Curphey's statement of policy in the Council election booklet mailed to members recently. The sentence should read: "We need a Council of radicals and conservatives, novices and statesmen, analysts and visionaries, able to balance 43,000 interests, not just those of minorities." The word "judge" appeared instead of "just".

BRM motion Motion 21 at the Royal Pharmaceutical Society's branch representatives' meeting on May 11 is a joint motion of the Hull and Birmingham branches and not just a Hull motion as stated last week (p586). We apologise for the error.

Chelsea 1958 The e-mail address for pharmacists who graduated from the Chelsea school of pharmacy in 1958 and who want information about the planned reunion is mikcharvey@aol.com and not as stated last week (p605).

Glucose test In a clinical news item last week on diagnostic criteria for diabetes (p573), we referred to an oral glucose tolerance test as being 75mg of anhydrous glucose. This should have read 75g of anhydrous glucose.
