The Royal Pharmaceutical Society's information centre has published the seventh title in its series of bibliographies on popular pharmacy subjects, "Business management in community pharmacy".
The new bibliography provides a listing of journal references on all aspects of the subject, including buying pharmacy premises, fitting out a pharmacy, security issues, stock control and legal aspects. Many of the references have been selected from the Society's RPS e-PIC database.
The information centre says that the publication will be of great interest to any pharmacists wishing to research key articles on the process of buying, setting up or relocating a community pharmacy.
The information centre has also recently updated five of its existing bibliographies - those on "Seamless care", "Diagnostic testing", "Information technology in pharmacy", "Over-the-counter treatment of common ailments" and "Prescription-only medicines reclassified to pharmacy medicines".
