The College of Pharmacy Practice recently announced the winners of the 1998-99 Hospital Pharmacist Credit for Learning series.
First place went to Miss Jean Griffiths of Ilford, Essex. Miss Griffiths was also the winner of the 1997-98 series and she asked for her prize of £500 to be shared between the two runners-up, Mr Gregory Sargent of King's Lynn, Norfolk, and Mrs Susan Clarke of Winsford, Cheshire.
Mr Sargent and Mrs Clarke will each put their prize money towards attendance at a pharmaceutical conference.
Mr Sargent was presented with his prize by Mr Michael Lucas, chief executive of the College of Pharmacy Practice, at a lunch hosted by Faulding Pharmaceuticals, which sponsors the awards, on April 25.
