ICN Pharmaceuticals Ltd has launched the Unicare contact lens cleaning range. The company says that Unicare offers a single solution for the daily care and cleaning of soft, hard and gas-permeable contact lenses. Unicare contains a "biomimetic" preservative and cleaner called BACTAC which is derived from coconut and has been designed to mimic natural lipids.
