Barnett In a tribute to the late Michael Isaac Barnett (PJ, March 18, p435), Mr ASHOK M. PARMAR writes: Further to so much written in tribute to my friend Dr Mike Barnett, there is very little one can add. One proud aspect the man had in him was his capacity to organise and delegate.
I, too, came in touch with him very late, but came to know him very rapidly because of his ability to get on with people. My fellow Rotarians at Cardiff St Davids and I are very proud to have had him not only as a friend but also as our president, an office he duly administered despite his demanding work commitments.
May God bless his soul. Our sincere sympathy goes to Rachel and his family.
