Dr Jamshad Anwar, MRPharmS, of the department of pharmacy, King's College London, has had the title of reader in computational pharmaceutical sciences conferred on him by the University of London.
Dr Graham Hopkins, MRPharmS, of the Spa pharmacy, Cheltenham, completed the London Marathon on April 16 in 5hr 30min, raising £1,200 for the Leukaemia Research Fund. Mr Damien Smith, of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society's public relations unit, completed the marathon in 3hr 39min, raising about £800 for Shelter.
