PIE Pharma Ltd has recalled Coversyl (perindopril tert-butylamine) 4mg tablets, pack size 30, batch number 9L0410 (expiry date November 2001), as a precautionary measure. This is because the company has become aware that the labelling does not state that the product is a prescription only medicine. The following batches of doxazosin 2mg tablets, pack size 28, have also been recalled due to details of the pack size being omitted from the labelling: N05 (expiry date May 2004), N06 (expiry date June 2004), N07 (expiry date July 2004), N08 (expiry date September 2004), N09 (expiry date October 2004).
