The company says that the product is a food supplement containing alpha-galactosidase, which aids the digestion of carbohydrate-rich foods and helps sufferers avoid intestinal wind associated with complex carbohydrate intolerance. Two Caplets are recommended to be taken before a meal and the dose adjusted according to the sufferer, says the company.
