Qarma capsules contain pure evening primrose oil which the company says is "the most effective source of gamma linolenic acid, a nutrient involved in all major life processes, particularly the maintenance of healthy skin and hormonal balance" (retail price, 60 £7.99). Eye Q contains eicosapentaenoic acid-rich marine fish oil and evening primrose oil (retail price, 60 £7.99). The company claims that Eye Q may help maintain eye and brain function. Both products contain vitamin E. The recommended initial dosage for both products is six capsules daily for 12 weeks and then two capsules daily. The capsules should be taken with food.
