A new interpersonal skills guide for pharmacists has been launched by the National Pharmaceutical Association.
The guide contains advice on tailoring communications to suit the situations faced by pharmacists, including talking to patients, customers, colleagues and other health professionals. Each chapter contains structured activities and follow up work.
