Janssen-Cilag will be discontinuing the 10 ampoule packs of the following products and replacing them with five ampoule packs: Rapifen (alfentanil) 10ml (net price, 5 £16.55); Sublimaze (fentanyl) 10ml (net price, 5 £5.57); Hypnomidate (etomidate) 10ml (net price, 5 £7.88). The new packs will be introduced when stocks of the 10 ampoule packs are exhausted, says the company.
