Baker Norton's Easi-breathe inhaler has become Britain's most popular breath-activated inhaler for treating asthma.
During the first three months of 2000, Easi-breathe overtook both Glaxo Wellcome's Accuhaler and 3M's Autohaler 2 to become the most widely prescribed automatic inhaler, Baker Norton announced on June 16.
Research published in the May issue of Respiratory medicine (p496-500) also found that Easi-breathe was the most popular breath-actuated device among patients.
