Ask your pharmacist

New angle

From Mr J. P. Mason, MRPharmS

SIR,-Is this a new angle on the concept of "Ask your pharmacist"?
The other day, when we were so busy that there was a 45 minute wait for prescriptions, one of my regular customers settled down to read his newspaper. After a while he looked up, caught my eye and said: "You know they always say we should ask our pharmacist for advice, well, I have a question for you - 23 across, a Roman date, four letters."
The answer, for those who are interested, was "ides".
