BPSA presidents buy university pharmacy

The president and immediate past-president of the British Pharmaceutical Students Association have bought a pharmacy business situated at the heart of Stirling university's campus in Scotland.
Mr Noel Wicks and Mr Jonathan Burton acquired the Campus Pharmacy on May 26. Mr Burton told The Journal on June 15 that they were planning to make improvements to the pharmacy ahead of a relaunch when the students returned in September.
The pharmacy is situated in the MacRobert centre, which also contains the university's theatre, library and student union. The pharmacy has a part-time contract, being open for reduced hours during the university holidays, and receives payments under the essential small pharmacies scheme. The principal customer base is the 8,500 students, plus the staff and visitors. The university campus is situated between Stirling and the village of Bridge of Allen.
