Early discharge scheme The Lincolnshire pharmacy development group is devising a pilot scheme aimed at helping to reduce waiting lists for hospital beds by facilitating early discharge for suitable patients with the help of a monitored dosage system, prescription delivery and domiciliary visits by pharmacists.
