Production issues with Link Pharmaceuticals's Pabrinex injection have been resolved. Pabrinex intravenous high potency injection (IVHP) is now available to UK wholesalers from the company's distributors, UDG Ltd. The company says that the intravenous presentation has taken priority over the intramuscular one, as it is indicated for the treatment of Wernicke's encephalopathy. Pabrinex IVHP can be used (intravenously) as an alternative to the intramuscular presentation for all Pabrinex intramuscular high potency (IMHP) indications. Supplies of Pabrinex IMHP should be available during July, says the company.
