This particular pack is available to callers in the Hampshire and the Isle of Wight area only, until August 31 (tel, NHS Direct 0845 4647). The pack includes information on the cause and symptoms of the menopause, the "pros and cons" of hormone replacement therapy, complementary therapies and details of organisations offering help, further information and practical advice.
