Pharmaceutical care meeting Over-zealous use of word-processor spell-checking facilities unfortunately led to two typographical errors in one of our meeting reports last week. Near the bottom of the second column on page 68, the words "dioxin" and "warfare" should have been "digoxin" and "warfarin", respectively. The errors are regretted.
