Femease adhesive pads, for the relief of period pain, have been launched by Robinson Healthcare. According to the company, when the heat pad is taken out of its pack and the release film removed, oxygen enters at a controlled rate producing a reaction inside the pad which provides heat. The pads help to ease pain, with up to eight hours of warmth, and are worn under clothes. Femease is available in a single wallet containing two pads (retail price, £3.99).
