Roche Pharmaceuticals is recalling Madopar 125mg capsules, pack size 100, batch number B1075, expiry date February, 2003, as a precautionary measure. The company says that it has become aware of the potential for cross-contamination of this batch with capsules of another Roche product. Recipients are requested to quarantine stock from this batch and contact Roche customer services (tel 0800 7315711). The company says that it is not necessary to recall supplies from patients.
