Generics (UK) has recalled cimetidine tablets 800mg, pack size 30, batch number 1268V2/1, expiry date July 31, 2004, and indapamide tablets 2.5mg, pack size 28, batch number 1581W1/1, expiry date November 30, 2002. This is because of the possibility that patient information leaflets from these batches may have been switched, says the company. Stock should be quarantined and returned to the supplier for credit or replacement.
