Aventis Pharma has recalled Targocid (teicoplanin) 400mg injection, batch numbers 129325 (expiry date, December, 2002) and 020739 (expiry date March, 2003). This is because of reports of adverse reactions following administration. Recipients are requested immediately to withdraw these batches from use.
